1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and MRC88 ("we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website available at mrc88.cam and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing the Service, placing a wager, or claiming any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

MRC88 operates under an international gaming licence. We do not operate under, nor claim to be regulated by, any Malaysian government or regulatory authority. Players in Malaysia are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using this Service is lawful in their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the individual player account registered by a User on the MRC88 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded by MRC88 as part of a promotional offer, subject to separate wagering requirements and terms.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money into a Player's Account via a supported payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "Platform" means the MRC88 website, mobile interface, and all related software and services operated under the mrc88.cam domain.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" means a Player-initiated transfer of funds from their Account to an external payment instrument.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of MRC88 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. We verify age as part of the KYC process. Any account determined to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately, all pending bonuses will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method may be associated with one (1) MRC88 account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is a material breach of this Agreement. Funds held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture. 3.3 Residency and Jurisdiction

By registering, you confirm that you are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Restricted Territory. You accept personal responsibility for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. MRC88 does not provide legal advice. Malaysian players should be aware of and comply with their local laws independently.

3.4 Capacity to Contract

You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that no legal incapacity, court order, or regulatory prohibition prevents you from doing so.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Account Registration

To access the full range of MRC88 services, you must complete the registration process, providing accurate and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

4.2 KYC Documents Required

Before processing any withdrawal, MRC88 is required to verify your identity. You will be asked to submit the following:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID: Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence
• Proof of address: a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) months
• A selfie photograph holding your photo ID next to your face
• For cryptocurrency transactions: documentation confirming ownership of the sending wallet address may be requested

4.3 Verification Timeframe

KYC review is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. MRC88 may request additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is complete.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. MRC88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

MRC88 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin. The availability of specific methods may vary based on your location, account status, or prevailing technical conditions.

5.2 Deposit Processing

E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. FPX bank transfers may take 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation, which typically takes 15–30 minutes depending on network congestion.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. Players are advised to review the current limits displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Limits may be adjusted at MRC88's discretion without prior notice.

5.4 Currency

All account balances are maintained and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless the player selects an alternative currency at registration. Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, which may include a conversion fee.

5.5 Deposit Source Requirements

6. Withdrawals

6.1 General Conditions

Withdrawals are available only to KYC-verified players. Requests will not be processed until: (a) your account identity has been fully verified; (b) all active wagering requirements associated with any accepted bonuses have been met; and (c) your account is in good standing with no active security review.

6.2 Processing Times

MRC88 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• FPX / DuitNow Bank Transfer: Typically within 1 business hour; subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule

These timeframes are targets, not guarantees. Processing may be delayed during peak periods, technical maintenance windows, or while a compliance review is in progress.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per method and per time period. Current limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of the cashier. MRC88 reserves the right to require large withdrawals to be processed in tranches over multiple business days.

6.4 Return-to-Source Policy

Where technically feasible, withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement. If the original payment method is unavailable, alternative arrangements will be made subject to additional verification.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

MRC88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, which are disclosed at the time of offer. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (for sports bonuses) are stated in each promotion. Wagering on excluded games does not contribute to the requirement and may result in the bonus being voided.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempts to manipulate or exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk bet hedging across markets, systematic exploitation of free spins terms, or collusive bonus claiming — constitute bonus abuse. MRC88 reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and close accounts where abuse is determined.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or inactive bonuses expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonuses are removed from the account balance without compensation.

8. Gameplay Rules

8.1 Game Integrity

All games hosted on MRC88 utilise certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology supplied by independently audited providers. MRC88 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific session outcomes.

8.2 Bet Confirmation

A wager is final and binding once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your selection, stake amount, and any applicable odds before confirming. MRC88 will not reverse bets placed due to user error unless a technical fault on our end caused the error.

8.3 Technical Faults

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game session, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. MRC88 will not be liable for loss of potential winnings arising from a technical fault beyond our reasonable control. All malfunctions void all related pays and plays.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• 9.7 Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes
• 9.8 Threatening, harassing, or abusing MRC88 staff or other players
• 9.9 Allowing a third party to access or operate your account on your behalf
• 9.10 Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool

10. Responsible Gambling

MRC88 is committed to responsible gambling and takes problem gambling seriously. We offer a range of player-controlled tools accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform with immediate effect

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Platform Availability

MRC88 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or regulatory actions may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MRC88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12.3 Maximum Liability Cap

Regardless of the nature or basis of any claim, MRC88's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Player Responsibility

You access and use the Service at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. MRC88 accepts no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in contravention of applicable laws.

13. Account Termination & Suspension

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your MRC88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC or compliance review.

13.2 Termination by MRC88

MRC88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion or evidence of:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct
• Money laundering, terrorism financing, or other criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Access from a Restricted Territory
• Any other activity that exposes MRC88 or its players to legal, financial, or reputational risk

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all pending bonuses and wagering progress are immediately voided. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with clause 13.1, subject to any applicable investigation hold. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to liability clauses and governing law — shall remain in full effect.

14. Amendments to These Terms

MRC88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent substantive revision was made.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which MRC88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution procedures.

Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect your rights pending arbitration.
